Titan's Privacy Policy

Titan values your rights with regards to your personal data in all communications with us, or any of our holding, subsidiary or related companies. This Privacy Policy will help you better understand how we collect, store, use, share, process and protect the personal data of our consumers.

By using our website, applications, or registering for any of our contests, events or mailing lists, and in doing so submitting your personal data, you consent to the practices described below in this Privacy Policy. Application of Privacy Policy

We will endeavour to limit the amount of data collected from consumers and stored to only the data necessary to required services by the consumer.

Titan’s Usage of Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the purposes for which you provided it to Titan. Additionally, we may use that data for other relevant purposes including:

  • Conducting consumer insight studies to better serve customers
  • Engaging consumers via all of Titan’s platforms

Ensuring Information Security

All reasonable measures are taken to protect the confidentiality of your personal data collected. Steps taken to increase information security may include storing personal data in secure operating environments not accessible to the public, other than authorised Titan employees and Authorised Third Parties (contractually obligated to also make reasonable effort to keep information secure). Transfer and Sharing of Personal Data with Related Companies or Authorised Third Parties

When required, Titan may share and transfer your personal data with Authorised Third Parties, as well as related companies and subsidiaries, as well as co-sponsors and promotion partners for Titan organised activities.

Data from your participation or entry into a contest, event or activity organised by Titan may be used for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes by Titan, its Related Companies and Authorised Third Parties without compensation. This includes publication of your name, photographs, personal information and content created by you for the activity.
